September had 378 active listings and 163 sold, totalling $79 million in sales volume. Compare this to September 2020 where we had 159 homes sold, totalling $64 million dollars in sales volume.

September 2021 had an average of 17 days to sell, versus last September where it took an average of 22 days to sell. The average sale price was around $480 thousand dollars, vs $400 thousand in September 2020, which is a 16% price increase.

37% of those sold were in the $200 thousand to $400 thousand price range, and the average listing price was around $500 thousand dollars.
