March 2021 Housing Market Update

There were 322 active listings in March, and 188 sold, totalling around $88.6 million dollars in sales volume, compared to March 2020 where we had 139 sold and around $47 million in sales volume.

 

With around 8 median days to sell vs 12 median days to sell in March 2020, the average sale price was around $476 thousand dollars, vs $355 thousand in March 2020, which is a 34% increase in price.

 

16 homes sold for under $200,000.

70 homes sold in the $200,000 - $400,000 dollar price range.

48 homes sold in the $400,000 - $600,000 thousand dollar price range.

50 homes sold above $600,000 dollars.

 

37% of those sold were in the $200 thousand to $400 thousand price range.

 

There were 14 more homes on the market in March than in February, and the number of sales increased by 35.
