June had 374 listings active and 191 sold, totaling just above $96 million in sales volume.

Compare this to June 2020 where we had 197 sold homes that totaled just above $74 million dollars.

June had an average of 14 days to sell, versus last June where it took an average of 24 days to sell.

The average sale price was around $513 thousand dollars, vs $385 thousand in June 2020, which is a 33% increase in price.

34% of those sold were in the $200 thousand to $400 thousand price range, and the average listing price was $493 thousand dollars.

Point Edward had 3 homes sold, having an average sale price of $331 thousand dollars, and it has 1 active listing.

College Park had 3 homes sold for an average of $594 thousand dollars, and there is 1 active listing.
