January had 347 active listings and 81 sold, totalling $39 million in sales volume. Compare this to January 2021 where we had 86 homes sold, totalling $37 million dollars in sales volume.

 

January 2022 had an average of 19 days to sell, versus last January where it took an average of 31 days to sell. The average sale price was around $475 thousand dollars, vs $400 thousand in January 2021, which is a 19% price increase.

 

35% of homes sold were in the $399 thousand dollar to $600 thousand dollar price range, and the average listing price was around $472 thousand dollars.

College Park also had no homes sold, and there are no active listings.

 

Sherwood Village had 3 homes sold, having an average sale price of $540,000 and there are 2 active listings.
