Let's dive into the stats from last month:

August had 380 active listings and 164 sold, totalling $76,000,000 in sales volume. Compare this to August 2020 where we had 195 sold homes totalling $83,000,000 dollars.

August had an average of 16 days to sell, versus last August where it took an average of 28 days to sell. The average sale price was around $466,000 dollars, vs $430,000 in August 2020, which is an 8% price increase.

33% of those sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range, and the average listing price was $490,000 dollars.
