If you chat with any number of people who bought homes, one of the biggest complaints you’ll hear about real estate agents is a failure to adequately communicate. First, let's list a few of the things that our team does to help ensure great communication when you choose to work with us.

 

When our team first starts conversing with you, we’ll figure out early on your preferred means of communication. That could be a phone call, text, social media, or email. We’ll also determine the frequency of how often you wish to be contacted.

 

This helps us make sure that we can get a hold of you as soon as something interesting or relevant comes up, while not getting on your nerves. We’ll make sure to communicate to you all of the ins and outs of what’s happening, the fine print, the bold print, interpret multiple pages of contracts, disclosures, and more. And since you’ll be dealing more than just with your Realtor at the Blue Coast Team, we’ll get you in contact with some of the best lenders, lawyers, and more to maintain the highest quality of communication and service.

 

If we hold an open house for your home, we’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and give you feedback from the guests that have walked through your home. And we’ll make sure to use this information and feedback to get their thoughts about the pros, the cons, the price, the remodels, and other features of your home. And we’ll update our strategy based on this feedback.

 

A major irritation for many home sellers it's that their agents don’t follow up after showings, or open houses. Our team makes sure to follow up with you as the home seller and with every party that has walked through your home. We make sure to follow up with these people because we really want to know and gauge their level of interest and see where they’re at after giving it some thought and consideration.
