December had 328 active listings and 105 sold, totalling $50 million in sales volume. Compare this to December 2020 where we had 105 homes sold, totalling $40 million dollars in sales volume.

 

December 2021 had an average of 24 days to sell, versus last December where it took an average of 24 days to sell. The average sale price was around $473 thousand dollars, vs $377 thousand in December 2020, which is a 25% price increase.
